Your Diversity matters

Brief: Your Diversity Matters was an internal campaign to encourage people to have their say in a staff survey for Birmingham City Council.

Concept: Using colour as a metaphor for inclusion, the campaign expressed diversity as a shared glow — reinforcing that every individual, regardless of background, contributes value and deserves to be heard.
